Biocare Nutrisorb® Liquid Methyl B Complex provides liquid methyl B vitamins in a simple, purified water base for energy, nervous system support and hormone production.

INGREDIENTS
Contains: Purified Water, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Stabilisers (Acacia Gum, Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acid (Citric Acid), Folate (Calcium L-methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

DIRECTIONS
4 drops taken daily in water with food, or directly under the tongue, or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
