Napiers Comfrey & Hypericum Salve

A soothing, protective skin salve

We use comfrey in quite a few of our skin creams and ointments as it is fantastic for preserving the elasticity of the skin. It binds the connective tissue together, helping your skin to remain soft and supple. Comfrey extract also helps to renew & stabilise collagen, and maintain elastin, two critical proteins that support connective tissue and capillary walls. St John's Wort is also soothing to skin.

DIRECTIONS
Massage a small amount onto the area as required.

INGREDIENTS
Contains: Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, cera flava (beeswax), symphytum officinalis (comfrey) extract, hypericum perforatum (St John’s wort) flower extract, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) extract, lavendula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil, limonene†, linalool†. †Naturally occurring. 

CAUTIONS
Avoid on skin that will be exposed to sunshine. Sunlight can sometimes cause a reaction in sensitive individuals when combined with St John's wort. Avoid getting in your eyes. If you do get it in your eyes, flush eyes with plenty of cold water. Plant extracts cause few side effects however if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and you are unsure if you need to take extra care, please speak to us, or your healthcare practitioner, before using this product.

STORAGE
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Aluminium jars: All our jars have a special EPA (Epoxy Phenolic) coating. It’s this special liner that ensures your product does not come into contact with the aluminium, eliminating cross-contamination and reaction between products. Our jars are reusable and fully recyclable, for our customers looking for sustainable packaging.

The matching screw-top lid comes with a quality EPE liner (A foam sheet that helps reduce leakage and stops any contact between the aluminium and product within). Recycling code: 41 - ALU.
