Although primarily cultivated in China and east Asia, Reishi species grow widely throughout Europe and North America, with the original description of Ganoderma lucidum being based on material collected in London in 1781, 21 years after Duncan Napier opened the first Napiers.

Reishi has traditionally been associated with the Taoist quest for immortality, as well as being used as a supplement to support the immune, cardiac and respiratory systems.

DIRECTIONS
As a food supplement, take 2 capsules, 1 - 3 times a day as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your health professional.

Health benefits can be obtained from up to 5 grams per day. Long-term supplementation is typically 1 to 3 grams per day.

Contains: Ganoderma lucidum hot water extract*, Ganoderma lucidum (ethanolic extract)*, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), Maltodextrin (from cassava).
