Deficiency of the vitamin is common amongst the UK population, and the NHS recommends taking a supplement of at least 400iu per day.
Vitamin D is obtained naturally from two sources: sunlight and food. It is, however, found in only a few foods and we get the majority of our intake from the action of sunlight on our skin. Our new, easy to use, one-a-day D3 booster formulation is sprayed directly onto the tongue, and has been designed to provide additional support for your intake of this vital micro-nutrient.
One spray (1000IU) provides 500% of the adult daily vitamin D requirement. Take one spray per day applied to the tongue or as directed by a practitioner.
Each 20ml spray contains 100 spray doses so will last for approximately 3 months when used once per day.
Suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans. Made with an MCT oil base with a neutral flavour. Free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten and yeast.
