INGREDIENTS
Each capsule contains:
400mg probiotic bacteria (20 billion bacteria made up of 2 billion each of: Lactobaccillus acidophilus, L. casei, L. paracasei, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. fermentum, Bifidobacterium longum, B. bifidum, B. breve and Saccharomyces Boulardii), 45mg inulin (from chicory), 25mg fructooligosacharides (FOS),  25mg lipase (enzyme), 20mg amylase (enzyme), 10mg protease (enzyme) and 440iu Vitamin D3* (cholecalciferol) in a vegetable capsule (Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose). *Provides 220% of your Nutrient Reference Value (NRV).

No GMO ingredients.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, with food as required. If wanting to take more than one a day, when starting, take one a day for 3-4 days, then two for 3-4 days, then three to allow time for your gut to adjust. 

CAUTIONS
Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness. If in doubt, please ask us, your medical herbalist or healthcare practitioner. If you are taking any medication, please speak to your healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or lifestyle. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 

Live cultures are not recommended for those with serious medical conditions e.g. those who are severely immunosuppressed, have pancreatitis, are in the ICU, have melaena, have a central venous catheter or patients with open wounds following major surgery; unless under a doctor's care.

A few people feel a little discomfort if probiotics and prebiotics are introduced too quickly - it is better to start with small amounts and build up over time. Large doses of probiotics are unnecessary and can cause diarrhoea. If a side effect is experienced please let us know.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best kept refrigerated once open. Keep out of reach of children.
