INGREDIENTS
400mg Ulmus fulva cortex (powdered slippery elm bark) in a vegetarian HPMC capsule (water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take one capsule three times per day, at mealtimes, unless otherwise directed by a herbal practitioner. Take with water or add to food, juice or a smoothie, at least 1 hour away from any other medications.

CAUTIONS
Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness.
