Our herbalists recommend adding herbs to your diet to reduce sensitivity to dust and pollens. Traditionally nettle was part of our diet, drunk as a tea, juice, soup or cooked like spinach.

This dietary supplement was created to support your diet during the Spring and Summer months.

Nettle leaves are naturally high in vitamins A and B, chlorophyll, folate and beta-carotene. They are also a good source of plant protein.

INGREDIENTS
Each 500mg vegetarian HPMC capsule (water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) contains:
200mg Urtica dioica fol (Nettle Leaf)
200mg Matricaria recutita flos (German Chamomile Flowers)
100mg Sambucus nigra flos (Elderflowers)

DIRECTIONS
Take one capsule 3 times a day.

This product can be alternated with teas containing nettle such as Napiers Organic Nettle Leaf Tea or Napiers Summertime Tea Blend. One cup of tea would replace 1 capsule. Nettle can also be taken as a food such as a juice or soup, or steamed like spinach.

Aim to consume at least 600mg of nettle per day in your diet.

Each capsule supplies 200mg nettle. Three capsules supplies 600mg.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Jars: The amber jars are made from environmentally sustainable glass, as they are fully recyclable, and are manufactured using 40% recycled content from external sources. Recycling code: 70 - GL (Glass - Mixed).

Lids: The lid is manufactured from recycled polymer. Recycling code: 07.
