Extracts such as tinctures or essences offer a convenient alternative to herbal teas. Many are used in food, food supplements, cosmetics and as an ingredient by herbalists in prescription formulas.

INGREDIENTS
Contains: Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow root), Tussilago farfara (Coltsfoot leaf), Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf), Thymus vulgaris (Thyme herb). 

If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 5ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. For short term use only.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Recycling code: 01.
